Remember the Green Curry i brought for the poolside party? Well.. i m here to share coz am lazy to watermarks the pullman pichas as well as Rei’s farewell pichas.. so.. here i m!! Sharing recipe instead. HOHOHO!
So this is the Ingredients you need. OOOps. i missed out MILK. and.. the Coconut cream u should prepare like 500ml instead of the one i show in the picha.

For me.. i prepared 2 drumsticks and 2 thighs. Cut into pieces. Chopped garlic. Different kind of Veggies. For my choices, i have carrot, snow peas, baby corn, and cabbages. I prefer brinjal and long beans tho. *nyek nyek* Apart from that, you need full cream milk, butter, around 200 ml, Coconut Cream 500 ml(not coconut milk). Coconut cream is the very thick one. And Green Curry paste.. if u cant make ur own green curry paste, you can owes buy the ready made one.

First, melt the butter in a frying pan.. stir fry the garlic until golden yellow. Add in green curry paste.. pour in coconut cream.. stir well and bring it to boil. After the coconut cream boiled, add in chicken. Leave it for like 10 minutes, add in vege like carrot and cabbages. After another 10 minutes, add in milk.

5 minutes before the green curry is ready, add in baby corn and snow peas. Let it cook until the vege is soft and its ready to be served! =)

If your green curry is too spicy.. u can owes add more milk to soften the spiciness. *nyek*

Brother came back… mama was doing some kiwi ice cream one day and lun just randomly ask if she could make him watermelon ice cream..
So immediately the next day.. mum prepared some watermelon.. i helped to unseed and she froze them until the next day.. which is today..

This is how watermelon ice cream look like.. i mean in progress..

with some frozen condensed milk. *weeeeee*

Watermelon Ice Cream is DONE!!!!! omg!

*nom nom nom* It taste like watermelon milk shake but.. in ice cream style… =)

furball dupy loves ice cream too.. but today she kinda like no appetite.
but still… superb delicious!!

Beer Steak! its specially for u hor.. Oh.. mayb i shud make Sarsi Steak next time! weee.. =)
So here’s what you need for Beer Steak.

Heineken Beer, Steak of coz.. i use beef, Onion and Garlic, Potatoes (for mashed potatoes)
Well.. the cooking show says heineken so i just used heineken lor.. its western style ma.. and please dont use henessy, tiger beer or even Guiness.. (Argh! i duno how to spell can).. coz accordingly.. it is very BITTER.

So here we start ya! Stir fry the steak first so that the juice wont leak. Stir fry onion and garlic separately and pour in the BEER. half of it will do.. depends la… if u like BEER. hahaha.. if its too bitter for u.. add in some BBQ sauce.. (used HUNT’s one better).. i added coz BEER is too bitter for me.. or mayb i add too much. hohoho! and after it boiled, add in beloved steak. (i marinated with soy sauce, sugar and pepper b4 that)
As for mashpotatoes, boiled it, add fresh milk, butter and some pepper and salt will do! =)

Well.. i personally like lamb more so i think it will be better in lamb! hehehehe!!

Randomness.. i woke up at 1pm sth.. Oh.. another Sunday.. Suppose to go shopping by lao mao kinda busy with her assignment so everything canceled.. No food at home.. No plan going out.. so i decided to make myself a long long time no-cook spaghetti. =) Make use of everything i have at home lor.
I m sure everyone noes how to cook spaghetti la hor.. its such a common dish for girls.. It’s owes popular as the girl’s “first-time-know-how-to-cook” dish. hahahahaha! rite? so i assume everyone noes and therefore.. no nid to write down the process la. Tehehehehe!
I don have any cocktail sausage left coz the last 3 batang i gave it to Dupy last few days di.. haih!! i forgottten! So the only thing i’ve got in my fridge will be button mushroom, mince beef and onion! hahaha! pity eh! Here’s some ingredient u nid, Puree, tomato, kicap, sugar… hmm.. and pamersan cheese.. OH! don forget basil leave! it makes the difference. =D
Cook Cook Cook.. a lot of process i forgot to put hor.. coz was busy stir-frying ma.. huhu!

And.. TADAAAA!!!!

eeehehehehehe!! i love mushroom can.. =)

Here’s my breakfast, lunch and dinner!!! It surely be great if there’s a bowl of creamy mushroom soup! Oh Gosh!! i m goona make it for my next SEAFOOD spaghetti..!! PrOmise!! jus few days later!! hahahaa!
Oh.. before consuming any food.. mummy cut me a plate of mango!! weeeeeeeeeee! My favouriteeeee!!! Look how jUicy it is..!!! *GRIIIINN*

Ok next up will be my mummy’s BAO. She made BAO for the first time in her life. hahahaha! and its darn nice lah! can u see it can u see it?????????
