So how did you spend your Christmas this year? Mine is lil bit different this year.. too many parties and christmas gathering few days earlier so when it comes to Christmas eve, I chose to stay home. Hehehehehe! Peaceful Christmas Eve with some HongKong Dramas. Hehehe!
This year, there is no Turkey sort of things for me. No stuff chicken like last year too. Instead, I’ve came out of some recipe ideas of mine! Steal some online recipe ideas and modified the recipe and make it my own. Hehehehehe! So here it comes!
I decided to go with 1 appetizer, 3 entrees, 2 side dishes and 1 desert! Woots! Lets go!
For my appetizer, I’ll have bacon wrapped scallops! Big juicy scallops all the way from Japan. Its as big as my palm.. like… seriously! Compared the first pic! hehehe. I’ll share my recipe in the next post.
For entrees, I have Chicken Cordon Bleu.
Beef Roulade served medium rare and;
Grilled Salmon with Garlic Lemon Butter sauce
For sides, Roasted brussel sprouts and;
Sweet potatoes mashed egg with Bacon! hahaha! The reason is because i love egg mayo! Must have!!
And a chocolate cake topped with whip cream and apricot!! Its not just a normal chocolate cake… Its a birthday cake for my babies!!
