Fried Spring Rolls Recipe

Bad day at work today. Sad. I want to have a simple working environment can? 🙁

Another recipe post, hope i dint bored you with that. 🙂 Fried Spring Rolls, something that flash through my mind one afternoon when i realized have some leftover ham in the fridge and a bottle of brand new mayonnaise which i intended to use it on my baked salmon earlier but dint. Hehehe!

Ingredients
  1. Spring roll sheets/wraps
  2. Mayonnaise
  3. Carrot
  4. Crab Meat
  5. Canadian smoked ham
  6. Oil (to fry)
  7. Water (to make the wrapper stick together)
Instructions
  1. Shred the carrot, ham and crab meat
  2. Prepare a spring roll sheet, top it with shredded carrot, ham, crab meat and a knob of mayonnaise
  3. Fold and roll, use the water to make the closure
  4. Fry the spring rolls with medium low heat until golden brown
  5. Turn to high heat and fry the spring rolls for another 10 seconds before taking them out. (This is to prevent the oil to immense into the spring roll while cooking earlier)
  6. Take the spring roll out and you are done 🙂

1.) Prepare the ingredients — Mayonnaise, Spring roll wrappers, ham, crab meat, and carrot

3.) Top the spring roll sheet with the ingredients and a knob of mayonnaise

It doesnt look beautiful but I’m quite impressed with the result (because i dont know how to fry something properly) despite knowing the exact timing of frying. I estimated it well. *feeling lucky* 

DSC03665I can fried some food too! muahahaha! It is very cripsy outside but thanks to the mayonnaise inside the wrap, its moist and yummy. *crunch crunch crunch*
