Bacon & Peppers Frittata Recipe

Bacon & Peppers Frittata! Frittata is basically an egg based italian dish similar to Omelette. You can use anything in your fridge. Simple yet Delicious!

Ingredients
  1. 2 slices of bacon
  2. 1/6 of bell peppers
  3. Half glass of milk
  4. 2 eggs
  5. Salt & Pepper to taste
  6. A knob of butter
Instructions
  1. Cut bacon into small pieces, cut bell peppers into small cube
  2. Whisk the 2 eggs together with the milk and add some salt and pepper to taste
  3. Turn on the fire, add a knob of butter and pan fried the bacon
  4. Pan fried the bacon for about 2 minutes (A knob of butter is enough because the bacon will produce oil as well)
  5. Add in bell peppers and saute them together with the bacon
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the sauteed bacon and peppers
  7. Leave it to pan fried until everything is set except the top part (Season with salt and pepper to your liking)
  8. Send the half set frittata to oven and baked for another 3 or 5 minutes depending on your liking
  9. Served with the greens
Optional
  1. You can add cheese on top
  2. You can finish it in the frying pan too
Important note
  1. Use aluminium to wrap the handle of the frying pan before you put it into the oven!
