I have one week to spare for totally relaxation and lazying on my bed (especially these few days when i m so sick i eat and play and
shit on my bed) before i get extremely busy again. I thought it would be the perfect time to blog and do some cooking and baking!!
Starting from tomorrow. Yay! Not necessary something big but i think even a small portion of anything handmade will be better than nothing nah right? Hehehe!
Sunday (18/8) : Mango Pudding
Monday (19/8) : English Big Breakfast
Tuesday (20/8) : Hainanese Chicken Rice
Wednesday (21/8) : Sarawak Laksa
Thursday (22/8) : Pan fried Chinese Dumplings
Friday (23/8) : Grilled Pork Chop Rice
*finger cross* Anyway.. shared out a simple potato salad to end the post 🙂
1.) Boiled Potato cubes and mixed with boiled egg white and raw cucumber cubes
2.) Mixed egg yolks with mayonnaise
3.) Add in lemon, cider and a bit of milk. Mixed well
4.) Poured the mixture to the potato bowl
5.) Mixed well and add grounded white pepper
6.) Mixed well and refrigerated for 1 hour
