Buffet Buffet @ Grand Margherita Hotel, Kuching

Buffet buffet is one of the buffet available at the month of September.

As usual.. i always start my buffet with the attractive appetizer they have..

Ranging from all this tiny servings..

to cold platter seafood..

to Sushi..

Oh.. and even pizza straight from the oven..

To the mains..

i personally love the salmon fish. Grilled to perfection with the spices. nom nom nom*

Love the corn ever since eileen teach us how to cut it.. in a graceful way :)

My nom nom partner as usual.. roseeeeee <3 over excited with the corn! hahaha

If it hadnt satisfy ur taste bud.. you can always go to the oriental BBQ.. Any combination you want, you said it you have it

Not forgetting the “bakar station”

and the shawarma :)

We had our tummy filled 70% quickly.. aiming at all those beautiful desserts :)

The Original Macam-macam Ramadhan Mega Buffet @ Grand Margherita Hotel, Kuching

The Original Macam Macam Ramadan Mega Buffet is finally back! This year, they have more than 200 choices of food including the authentic floavours of Indochina, Middle East, Japanese, Malaysian and even Western Cuisines!!!

I arrived around 6.30pm and… was VERY shock to see the place is packed… very packed! *make sure you book your table first ya*

Yes.. Look at the people..

And this is only the outdoor part of the Mega Buffet :)

Oh.. Roasted Lamb is like the signature dish of the night. They have like.. a few around the place. *nom nom nom*

Middle East Cuisine… Start off with the mek mek*

And the famous kebab (chicken/lamb Shawerma)

Not only that.. look at my full plate of Middle East Cuisine :D

This is just my starter

One of the very recommended corner will be the Indo-China cuisine..

The invited indo-china chefs are from very established hotels in Cambodia, namely Angkor Palace Hotel & Ree Hotel.

Oh.. not forgetting the satay.. the satay is real good….! Very tender and sweet <3

Oh.. did i mention those are only the outdoor portion? Yes Yes.. This is the indoor part..

Indoor part is more towards the international cuisine, japanese cuisine, Dessert corner and some of the ramadhan food..

Oh.. this time.. they have this special cambodian dessert..

And of coz.. some of the ramadhan food that grab my attention

And this will be my mixed portion of Indian Food and the Local BBQ items

From the Indoor… *slurps* The cambodian dessert is a blast….!

Not only that.. they have this glass fruity dessert..

If you prefer the asian dessert, you can always opt for this.. They have Banana Sago, Bubu ChaCha and Green Pea Soup..

Gingerbread House Lighting Up Ceremony @ Grand Margherita Hotel, Kuching

Yesterday was the Gingerbread House Lighting Up Ceremony at Grand Margherita Hotel. This year was the 17th consecutive year that Grand Margherita Hotel had been organising this project to raise fund for the Charity. And.. happy to know that they have actually raised RM 14,835 this year :D

Tehehehehe! Spot as many as you can!

The commercial break lady.. hahaha!! We were daring her to hold this card and dance around when the choir start!! :D

She practically.. hmm.. hehehe! so cute!

and i covered my own URL. =.=

The ceremony started with speeches given by our Eileen!!

Followed by Mr. Oliver Janting, Chairman of Grand Margherita Hotel’s Recreational Club.

The guests were enlightened with the wonderful voices by the Choir..

and the lead singers.. as usual.. our favourite Rico and Honey from Rajang Lobby Lounge. Opps did i spell their name correctly..

After the Choir was the cheque presenting Ceremony. This year.. the charitable homes to benefit from the GingerBread House project are the Sarawak Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and the Kuching & Samarahan Division Cerebral Palsy Association.

Straight away after that… you can see a lot of press crowding in front of the area..

Yea.. everyone is ready for the Light Up Ceremony!! :D

and Tada!! It is so beautiful :)

oh oh oh.. even our URLs look blinking hot! hahahaha!!!

And before we proceed to Orchid Garden for our refreshment.. We manage to grab a group photo with the Choir!! You guys are just awesome

I am so looking forward for the Gingerbread House Project next year!!

Merry Guinness Pre-Xmas Party @ Rajang Lobby Lounge

The best thing to do for Pre-xmas party is to hang out with bunch of crazy lovelings. And i did…!!

Together with the Merry Guinness Promotion.. RM 50++ for their xmas buffet and a pint of Guinness Stout Draught… we hang out AGAIN.. at our favourite chill out lounge.. Rajang Lobby Lounge and Grand Margherita Hotel :D

We were served by this very interesting appetizer/dessert..

The response was overwhelming.. kan? :)

And the RM50++ buffet include more than 10 types of dishes that compliment perfectly with your Guinness Stout Draught.

Chilli Turkey Patie and Lamb Mignion

Chicken and Beef Satay

Roasted Tom Turkey

Apart from that.. they have a section serving the appetizer and cheese

and this is my favourite among all. hahaha! Potato salad with roe :D

Tada!! our portion.. but i guess i eat more than half of it. *hiak hiak hiak*

The Guinness Crew and Management.. I dint take much photos that day but i was certainly having so much fun. Try visit Annna and Rose blog for more exciting pictures!

However.. we returned again.. like.. the next day

This game make us crazy i tell you…

This time.. we have more people joining us…

and the highlight of the whole evening was the dare thing.. Gonna tell you guys more about it but not now :D
