IMG_3628Hello Shibuya.. Our mission for the day is to find UNAGI. Hehehe! more precisely.. the Hitsumabushi. Hitsumabushi simply means.. eating the Unagi rice in 3 ways. hahaha! i mean my own defination nah…

IMG_3639We found an Unagi restaurant inside Tokyu Plaza at Shibuya.

IMG_3632The place is pretty descent and they have all kinds of Unagi dishes. Hehehe

20131129_113935Look at all the spices. *wee*

20131129_114016*weeeeeeeeee* happy me… How to eat Hitsumabushi course? 🙂

20131129_113947This is the guide line. You can always request for english version one.

Step 1 : Take some unagi & rice into the empty bowl and enjoy the original taste

Step 2 : Have some unagi & rice with some of japanese seasonings and spices for the second servings

Step 3 : Pour the hot Dashi over the unagi & rice. Enjoy it as ochazuke style

For the remaining unagi & rice. Eat anyhow you prefer. Hehehehe!
