Its eating time again hor!!! Look at all those pictures to find out how did 1 gain my 2 kg extra weight! *hmpf*

Nana say there is a very fine italian restaurant near our area.. Glenferrie.. so in that very evening.. nana, ying zhen and i just walk there to have our dinner..

We have the very famous Lasagna.. that nana recommended.. ooosei… nice can!! so much better than the one we had at Swanston Walk.. One best thing about the lasagna is like its so cheeesy… its cheesy and moist.. with lotsa mince beef tackle among each layer.. its a very heavy-tasted dish which i believe everyone would want to have a bite of it.. ^^

Tuesday’s special.. i forgot the name di.. but tis chicken with lotsa cheese toppings!! Althought its a chicken breast.. the texture is still soft.. it is not only salty and cheesy.. the tomato spread underneath the cheese give the chicken a tase of sweetness.. *droolsss*

And my favourite Avocado… !! in Pizzzaaa!!! If u like avocado.. u will love this dish.. its not as heavy as those two so the avocado pizza actually provide the perfect match for the whole dinner.. =)

Australia Avalon Air Fare (Part 1)

Anyone like aeroplanes?? or Jet?? or Helicopter?? or wad-so-ever that can fly??! Teehehe!! I m kinda lucky to come over to Melbourne on March.. And also thanks to Mr.Anson la.. if not because of him.. i wont be able to go to so many nice places!! So he told me Avalon Air Fare is here.. 13-15 march 2009. The Air fare is only organized once in every two years.. see!! Lucky me!

He drove me and dennedict to Avalon Airport where the Air show is.. huhu!! i thought it was going to be a sunny day so i wear sleeveless and short pants plus lotsa sunblock.. who knows.. its raining!! *kolien-nyer*

And this is the first time ever in my life that i m shivering so hard when i was walking to the place.. EVen when i m talking to anson and dennedict.. i can feel my lips are shivering.. i thought the st kilda trip will be the worst one.. but i was wrong.. This time really defines the word SHIVERING AND FREEZING COLD. ^^

Don ask me why am i still be able to smile if i said i was freezing cold.. AHYIEN can always smile in front of the camera one hor! *teehehe*

LALALA.. its 50 AUD per ticket.. but its worth the price.

TOO BAD i really duno wad plane is wad model and wad is their capabilities and so on.. so if happen to have anyone who knows the model of the plane.. just tell me hor! and i will update it in.. so for now.. Just Picturesss!! Lotsa lotsa pictures… hehe!

Melbourne: Healesville Sanctuary

I went to Australia Air Show on saturday actually.. but too too too many pichas to edit so i decided to post up my trip to Healesville Sanctuary first.. Its recommended by Darren.. and thank you so much for bringing me there.. I like the place.. as compared to Melbourne Zoo.. Cause Melbourne Zoo got too many types of non-australia animals such as hippo.. girrafe and so on.. but Healesville Sanctuary only have all the AUstralia Animals.. Platypus.. Kangarroo.. Koala.. Dingo.. and Emu.. and many more la of coz. teehehe!! But don say so  much first la.. i MIGHT go to Melbourne Zoo oso!! kakakakak!!!

Early in the morning.. i dress up nicely and prepare for my visit.. but who knows once i step out from the room.. MY GOSH!! WEEKENDS ARE DAMN COLD NEH!! its 16 Degree that time.. Morning somemore.. immediately.. i go and change lah! kekek!

So Healesville Sanctuary is very far away.. one hour from Glenferrie to LilyDale.. then another hour from Lilydale to Healesville Sanctuary!!

Tada!! Reach liao. kekeke!

Lucky enuf we reach there by 12.15pm and there is the show called “Bird of Prey” at 12.30pm.. how lucky rite?? Bird of Prey mainly introduce their rare species of Bird.. and how they hunt their food and so on..

This one is out of the few which i like..

Because he knows how to use a stone to crack an egg. teehehehe..

This one is the most Handsome one!! BIG enuf rite??!

After the Bird of Prey.. we continue the journey for Australian Animals. keke!

First station is Dingo.. Its an australian Dog.. originate in Tasmania.. it can say its a combination of wolf and dog.. it knot bark.. but it howls… and its meat eaters.. when they are in a group.. they tend to hunt Kangarooos.. huhuhu!

Secondly.. Koalas.. OH!! this is my dar dar’s favourite.. and so am I now. KOALAs are super cute!! and LAZY! They eat and they sleep… thats all their live is about. teehehe!

DId u see him?? Eating again.. huhuhu T.T They do not allow us to carry it as Koala is their protected animals and Koala is not social. they only allow their keeper to hug them. huhu.. cute..! but they do giv us to touch the real fur of Koala’s on a fake koala.. Oh Gosh.. Koala’s fur is so soft.. softer than the New Zealand sheep fur.. seriously!

Saw lotsa Kangaroos resting as a group.. in their herd.. hmm.. i don dare to go in the herd as there are not only cute wallabies but also the strong and macho big kangarroo..

so i intend to seduce one wallaby which is outta the crowd.. But still.. it look at me and ignore me.. it doesnt seems to be seduced! hmpf! BAD KANGAROOO!

But anyway.. when i walked along.. DING!! i saw one wallaby standing there ALONE!! huhuh!!!

OMG! quick quick go sayang it.. hehe.. such a cute one.. and its so tame and friendly..

I have to be tame and gentle.. because the papa is just somewhere behind me. huhuh!

Milks for new born..

At first i thought its some video for the tourist.. but who knows.. its LIVE on show.. they actually saw a wounded echidna (something like a hedgehog) on the roadside so they bring it back to take care of it.. the whole patch of skin is being peeled off but the lady say its gonna be alright.. so pity.. it even have oxygen suport for it…

another specialty of Australia.. PLATYPUS… Click here for some details.. before i saw it.. i thought platypus is kinda big.. but it turn out so small.. hehe! but seriously.. its even cuter than kangaroo.. ^^ The keeper says they squueze their tail to check if they are in a healthy condition bcoz their tail is to use to store all their fats. ^^

Platypus likes dark and quite.. so we are not allow to use flash.. and must be quiet of coz.. and you know what… inside there is so freaking dark.. only a dim light for us to see 7 platypus.. so means no picture taken.. i took one.. but its totally darkness. huhu!

Emu.. i don like it because it look so fierce.. kakaka

WOMBAT!! ahhH! this one is the one i m so looking forward to it… the first time i saw a wombat toy is at Gordon’s room.. so cute can!!! so so so cute!! and all around Melbourne souveniers shop.. i saw cute wombat soft toys..

ANd when i saw the real one.. hhuhuhu!! ok nia lah.. and wombat are super lazy. they owes hibernate in their box. teeehehe! i know it look like pig in the photo

Tasmania devil.. The Walt Disney one is so cute.. but the real one. huhu.. no comment..

Flying Foxes. nth to shout about la.. there are still a lot of animals and different species but i think these are the majors one la hor. hehe… and the cuter among all one. kaka!

OH ya!! this machine is awesome.. tourists or visitors can make their own souveniers for their loves one!! i made five! for my family and dar! *teehehe* show u guys next time nah!

Melbourne: Ahyien Learned Salsa! + Me love Broken Rice

I have been mentioning about broken rice in Plurk.. so.. what is Broken Rice?? Its actually one of the three very famous dishes of Vietnamese Cuisine. “Pho”, broken rice and the popiah.. the ultimate stars of vietnam!!

So today.. i get to try broken rice.. broken rice according to ah leng is.. normally we have rice in a whole gain.. one biji right? broken rice is like the rice broke into half so only half biji of rice and thats call broken rice. Very famous de hor! But still.. “pho” is still the champion in Vietnamese cuisine!

So.. we went to this broken-rice-famous restaurant called Viet Star!

I called Broken rice of coz.. and it turn out..

WAH!! actually when it comes.. i was very disappointed.. it served like its home cook fast food.. but once i get a mouthful of it.. I changed my mind. I m outta my mind. Delicious this is wad i call. =)

Basically Broken rice is served with four main toppings.. First.. we have an egg. ok nth to shout about. Secondly.. we have this chewy stripes thing with mince pork. omg! at first i thought it was like some sort of vege… BUT I M WRONG.. its something chewy like meat-kind.. with mince pork..i m so addicted to that!! i m loving that thing but i have no idea wads that!! teehehe!! and.. move to the vietnam special.. its some kind of egg but mixed with something until it doesnt taste like an egg.. it taste ok.. but once u pour some sauce on it.. its like heaven!!! omg!!!!!!!! WHAT IS THAT!? i oso dunoo. but it just taste so nice.. and lastly.. the pork chop.. i seldom order pork chop anywhere because its kinda common and there is nth special about pork chop.. so i tried that one last.. i cut a small piece.. chew it.. pulse a while.. cut another piece again.. Is that a pork chop? Its just so unbelievable.. its like grilled or BBQ-ed.. but.. the sauce is unique.. its very fragrant.. FRAGRANT in your mouth.. and most importantly.. its juicy.. add it the sauce if u do.. its almost near to perfect!!

As you can see.. the portion is so so so so so so so BIG… but still.. i can finish everything except the broken rice.. I m bloated… but.. i m so satisfied.. i never taste something so good before.. *except for the souvlaki* hahaha!!

AH leng ordered PHO.. i still love my broken rice..

Hung Sia ordered Popiah.. i love my broken rice still.. kakakakak!

Nothing much on that particular afternoon.. i din go to city.. i walked around Glenferrie.. went to supermarkets and search for my mummy’s mintys.. hehe! oh.. just too many kinds.. =) Oh.. went to coles at first then safeway! i love to shop around marts.. because its just very fulfilling. ^^

It was evening time when anson come and pick me with my favourite Honda accord. haha! He say he is willing to sell for my dar for 31,000 AUD haven include import tax gok. apalah him! =.=”

He bring me to go for dancing class!! haha! first time in my life time i dance.. SALSA and Street LAtin! Omg!! its very fun!!! We dance in University of Melbourne somemore.. nope.. anson is not studying there.. he just got a way to get in. =) he pay for the entrance fee too! thankiuk anson!

This is the HALL… so many ppl dancing around right? Tonight they are teaching STREET LATIN.. very cool one.. but the very-know-how-to-dance anson taught me SALSA personally.. so.. untung la me.. learn both in a day..

Anson : I teach u SALSA.. u go back and force hang hang to go learn and dance with u..

Me : Oh… its not a Bad idea anyway!! *teehehehe*

DAr.. anson ask u dance with me hor.. hehe.. but my dar know salsa’s basic already leh.. so i think i better teach him street latin!! its so so so cool!!! pusing lai pusing ki~ hehe

Oh ya.. this is anson!!! He is one of my dar’s very best friend.. and.. he really know how to dance^^ When he dance with his girlfriend.. they just look magnificant =)

So this is me!! and its my first time learning how to dance.. except for the one time my dar teach me in his room.. *grin* Street latin and salsa really are nice!

p/s: Dar.. we can go learn how to dance if we really have nothing to do. okok? *tehehe*

Anson: i thought hang hang come with you.. where is he..?

Me: I also hope so hor.. but he got no more leave… =(

Anson: HA? he also need to apply leave one meh??

Me: Of coz la.. he is working in contract la hor…

Anson: Oh.. no wonder lah… Then thats different.. Kelien ah ni.. yi ge ren..

Me: *watery eyes* + *kek kolien*.. hang hang owe me a aussie trip liao..!! *sobx*

Anson: After contract ask him bring you come again.. =D!!

Me: He say he will woh. i wait loh…

In conclusion.. kekeke! dar.. u owe me an Aussie trip!! *blueks*
