Carvery Restaurant Kuching

Carvery Restaurant is always the best choice if you are hunting for MEAT. Its located somewhere near Pending. Will give u the full address by the end of the post. =)

Carvery Restaurant offers you both Ala Carte and Buffet.. Well.. i duno about the Ala Carte because i m only targeting on the buffet all these while.. Eat all you want.. all the best quality MEAT at only RM 48 INCLUDE tax and services fee… Where can u get such good deal??!!! And… don worry if u have trouble like not wanting ur eating partner to walk around to get some food while you r in the middle of chit chatting session… because.. their buffet concept is like.. they have a particular waiter as to serve your table.. they will slowly come out with all the 14 TYPES of meat for u to try one by one… after all the 14 types of MEAT…. u can request for those u love…. eat until u full!!!!

Oh.. did i just said 14 TYPES of MEAT!!!!! *droooollllls* Let go babe! I’ll show u all the 14 TYPES of MEAT!!!

Oh.. i think i should have a short intro first nah!!

Before all the meat are served… They will present you with a Baguette… and butter of coz… Well.. as much as i love baguette… i only munch a few bites coz i don wan to fill up my tummy by bread =)

Trust me.. even if u said u will not stuff urself with baguette.. you will at least take a bite… LOOK how soft the baguette is.. temptation oK!

Next.. you can proceed on to the salad bar…..

more than 10 kinds of salad and dressings…!!

They even have pickles, olives and so on… =)

After the salad bar… Look at the back… they have this so called “light” meal bar??

With spaghetti, Soups, cooked vege… stir fry meat and all those… *yes.. jus take a lil bit will do*

I had these as my starter….!!

Beef Salami, Salad and coleslaw, Cherry tomatoes, Duck meat salad, and potato salad…

Not enuf?? You can have tomato salad with olive oil, seafood salad and so on

Vegetable soup…. just for photography purposes. hahaha!! but it taste good tho

Before they served with you the meat… they will provide two different types of sauce. As usual, the black pepper sauce and mushroom sauce

First.. they have the (1) LAMB LEG….. *drooools to the max* Yes.. they served u on the spot!

Every slices of them seems so perfect!!

Medium raw? i would say its 7.

Next.. they have those ULTIMATE DELICIOUS (2) LAMB SHOULDER *obviously thats my top list favourite* and (3) Grilled Chicken Wings!

Oh!! i had 3 pieces of that freaking delicious lamb shoulder!!

The chicken wing is fabulous but coz of my stupid chicken pox.. i dint get to eat it…

The awesomeness of the lamb shoulder? Its medium raw, tender and juicy… even before u take a bite of that.. the aroma of the char-grilled lamb shoulder had already caused an adrenaline rush in u!

(4) Mussels…! If i can take seafood that time.. i m sure i will have eaten more than 5 of this. coz i rmb i used to eat around 4 or 5 of mussels during my first visit. hehehehe!

(5) Beef Rib….. AWESOMENESS AHYIEN SECOND TOP LIST!! those i love… i had at least 2 or 3 pieces!!! hohoho!!

I duno why but its just soooo tender!!! WHY WHY WHY WHY!

Every bite is like the combination of meat and tendon! *oh my.. fainted with happiness*

Next up… (6) Smoked Beef!!! Not my personal favourite.. but it is very ADDICTIVE!

well.. smoked beef is suppose to be chewy

(7) Chicken Chop

(8) Beef Sausages!!

(9) Chicken Sausage and (10) Chicken wrapped with Turkey Ham….

(11) BBQ beef steak…

(12) Smoked Chicken… i prefer smoked beef. hehehe!

(13) Rump Steak!!! Oh… this one smell charcoal!! sooo nice!!

And Lastly.. (14) Fish Fillet.. with their special sauce…!

and a slice of lemon on top of it…

The second round….! *well… the chewy smoked beef is still a must* And normally after the first round… THE PORTION OF MEAT they served will be so MUCh bigger. heheheheh!

WEll… the good thing is.. during the trail.. if u don like that certain thing.. u can just leave it.. you don have to finish eevrything.. Like me.. i only fulfill my tummy with the meat that i love. hehehehe!! But oso.. i know.. its not good to waste food lah. hahahhaa!

Happy Mooncake Fest!!

My Bro come back for a very short holiday of his.. and coincidentally it was Mooncake Fest jus one day b4 he went back to KL.. So.. we decided to go Four Points for Lunch..! The food is not as satisfying as my previous attempt there during Easter Monday.

Ahyien with my naked face…!! Nth on it. not even my eye liner. MUAHAHAHAHA!!! and i seriously need to go to the salon real soon!!

Okay.. so its Mam Mam time!

My first round… i love the roasted lamb..

Second round.. i seriously love my roasted lamb as u can see! HAHAHA!

Third Round.. wuahaha.. actually most of my food is share with papa.. tats y i can have so many rounds.. *grin*

And desserts!! The cheesecake is fabulous.. cheesy and creamy! and for others.. wuahaha.. just so so lah.. taken for photography purpose only!

Frenz Cafe, Jalan Song, Kuching

This is a new cafe located at Jalan Song.. the new shoplot there.. U can find it for sure.. Pik Qii’s bday is coming so i suggested we dine that… My BAd.. Huyi n Lao Mao did try out the food there and they say the lamb is nice.. the lamb is indeed nice.. but as for the others.. Hmm.. lets see wad we’ve got..

Chicken Terriyaki Salad. Not bad.. altho the meat is a lil bit dry

Mushroom Soup.. Not bad. But not as nice as the one we have at Chef at home.

Chicken Chop..

Lamb chop with Whisky Cream.. The Whisky Cream is seriously recommended!!

Lamb Chop with Black Pepper sauce.. hmm.. so so? i think whisky cream is a lot better

and now come my beer battered fish and chips!

The fish fillet is 80% covered by thick Oily Flour!! YUCKS!!!

You noe how i eat??! I need to use a fork to DIG out the fish from the thick coated flour.. HUHUHU! and.. when i requested for TAr Tar Sauce (it doesnt come with it OK!)… sadly.. nobody in the restaurant know wad the hack is Tar Tar Sauce.. *sobx* They give me Chilli sauce instead.. haih! so i requested for Mayo and lemon.. but.. the lemon never come.. i m kinda fed up with the oily fish so.. jus don bother anymore lah..!

Of coz… the leftover! HUHUHU! My bad my bad.. shud have jus stick to my normal preference.. LAMB!! haih!

Dine @ Aunty’s Place

Someday near Mooncake Fest.. AUnty called up and invite us for Pot Luck.. Hmm.. not really a pot luck lah.. she say she wanted to cook for all of us! How nice!

Sarawak Midin.. Crispy on the outside.. juicy inside!

Assorted Beans.. My first trial on the “Petai” and… eeeeeeeee! it taste like URINE! *screaammm*

Vege with Squid.. i love that vege.. but i duno wads it called. hehe.. and allow me to remind u.. the squid is just so tender!

Sea Cucumber!! woots! i had a lot of this….! Hiak hIak Hiak!

Pork Belly!! I bet the outlook tells everything.. YES.. indeed the best dish for the day!! dip with some homemade sauce… and DANG! Who doesnt like pork?!

Steamed Chicken…! A traditional Dish! *slurps*

and LAstly… Deep Fried Prawn.. i only have one of these bcoz my tummy is fully occupied by the porky! *hiak hiak*

Four Points by Sheraton

OH! MY BLOG ALMOST DEAD I KNOW! kakaka.. coz i m kinda lazy for the past few days.. planning the phuket trip.. do some research on it.. but basically.. still lazy lah.. kakaka!

I know this post should be about the Sarawak Rock party i have attended 2 weeks ago but.. the video seems like it takes forever to load them..! arrgh.. but don worry! will update in the next post!! *cross finger*

Anyway.. this post is kinda outdated as well.. huhuhuhu! Well.. LAST MONTH.. daddy bring us to Four Points for Easter lunch! huhuhu! *thankiuk pa* oh.. that was my first attempt there and obviously.. i love the place.. =)

We are enlightened by this two!

and they made me a flower and a puppy for my mummy! huhuhuhu! *only for ladiessss*

Well.. cut it short… about the environment and everything.. go yourself and experience it! you will like it..!

So first i start off my meals with baguette…and lotsa lotsa cheese for you to choose from..

wuakakak! the one i m staring is yucky! guess which one.. teehehe

and if you would like to…

Here’s the very creamy mushroom soup… i dint have it.. steve had.

And of coz.. the salad bar..with mummy obviously..i din take much from there.. because..

i pick my salad almost everything from this!! not my mummy and daddy.. i m saying those in front of them.. yeah yeah!! those smoke salmon.. fresh salmon *drools* smoked beef slices and.. lotsa ham! omg omg!!

My best salad EVER!!

Thick salmon with some sweet thousand island sauce.. How perfect is that!!

and of coz those smooth smoke salmon cubes with pepper, olive oils and mayo.. omg! HEAVEN CAN!

WUakaka! makan fast fast for the salad and proceed on to my main course!

I had this! Grilled Fish Fillet with Lemon.. Mushroom potato baked (which melts me), Grilled Potatoes.. The very yummydelicious satay.. a fat juicy prawn.. and MORE salmon from the salad bar! wuakakaka!

NOT ONLY THAT…

i have THESE too!

SUper Licin smooth and juicy Barbeque chicken, Roasted Duck, Rose-oiled steamed chicken and Char Siu… How can you resist this.. you tell me you tell me..!

And the whole bucket of Tempura Juicy Prawns just ready from the wok! yeah! there’s a lot of tempura but we request for a bucket of prawns.. kakaka!! takkan you go there and eat the vege tempura right! *vegetarian’s stand excluded)

and Dim sum! trust me.. the dim sum is nice!

And sushi.. if you ngei ngei wanna eat some sushi.. because the sushi is just OK. nth special.

Or if you are still not full enough.. there’s a Pasta Bar where they served you all kinds of pasta.. from Lasagna.. Spaghetti Bolognese, Carbonara.. Linguine.. Arghh.. anything you can think of in the PASTA’s categorieeeS~

and the last.. for the tempting dessert which caught my attention once i enter the Eatery!
